Short Term Fix and Flip Investment Properties
As an operator we source deals through our network or relationship with brokers, banks and non-profit foreclosure counselors. It takes a certain level of skill, experience and hard work to correctly flip properties and make consistent profits. Our company has mastered the sourcing and acquisition of good deals, correctly projecting resale values and repair costs, determining what repairs will result in the greatest return on investment, construction management, real estate sales and marketing as well as managing the staff and independent contractors needed to complete the work.
Long Term Buy and Hold Cash Flow Investment Properties
Our strategy is one of the fastest growing asset classes in the investing world. We are able to buy properties at a significant discount with larger cash flow yields. We buy single family residential housing at cash flow yields between 25%-65% with a projected 5-year project return of nearly 40%.
Our long term strategy is based on our investors’ personal preferences, goals, risk comfort levels, liquidity needs, cash flow needs and capital requirements. We are currently focused in the southeastern Wisconsin markets and are evaluating several other markets. Based on investor demand we are prepared to expand.

There is no safer, long term investment than multi-family real estate in the neighborhoods in and around Milwaukee. The same can be said for single family investment property, but the quality of the investment, to a much greater extent than with multi-family real estate investments, will be dictated by neighborhood and a variety of other factors. Even in the middle of the worst economic conditions of our lifetime, rents are increasing and occupancy rates are incredibly low. While the stock market and other, more traditional investments fluctuate based on factors that are generally out of our control, multi-family real estate investment properties are much more stable, understandable and therefore, controllable. By limiting vacancy and reducing our property-related expenses, we are able to maximize our clients’ return and prove the concept that multi-family real estate investment is currently the best investment available.
