Our investors have looked to us to provide quality real estate investments that have consistently returned value for their hard earned dollars. The returns on our portfolio of investments have consistently outperformed traditional financial institutions accounts like money markets, CD's, savings accounts, etc.

The confidence our investors have in us arises from our unique blend of expertise and our state of the art operating, financial and technology systems. We are owners and managers so we thoroughly understand what is required to make an investment perform. Through key benchmarking tools, comparative analysis and closely monitored operating costs, we add quantifiable value to our investments. We seek out underperforming assets in which we can create value and, in turn, return value to our investors. We manage both long and short term value to maximize overall returns.

Institutional Experience and Entrepreneurial Culture

Investors enjoy the flexibility and agility of a firm with the professionalism and of an  experienced team committed to excellence. We focus on achieving high quality standards and maintaining fiscally responsible objectives.

DEK and the MilwaukeeInvest program rely on both institutional and private capital sources to secure debt and equity capital to finance its acquisitions. In order to maximize yields while minimizing risks, the company utilizes its management expertise to identify opportunities that provide investors with attractive returns.

The playing field keeps changing. So do we.

DEK Development Group, LLC manages and operates single and multi-family residential properties across southeastern Wisconsin for private clients. Services include asset and property management, facilities management and portfolio management. Private Clients include individual owner(s), investors, financial institutions, institutional owners and asset managers.

At DEK, our success is not measured individually, but rather by the contributions of the entire property team. Some firms gauge success on the types of property or the size of their portfolio. We gauge our success solely on the satisfaction of our investors, no matter the size or type of property, and the referrals we receive as a result. We bring our corporate philosophy of a team approach of conducting business to the Property Management division as well. Property managers, engineering staff, leasing agents and vendors are all part of the team, each with valuable input.

We use our experience to create a unique approach to the property, not just reusing the same ideas over and over. We believe that no two properties are the same. We get to know each property. From initial interviews with tenants to detailed property inspections by the takeover team to understanding of the financial and operational goals of the owner, we formulate a plan for the asset that will work.

While maximizing a property's financial goal is our first priority we still believe in "service with a smile" and find it is a successful tool in today's business. We forge good relationships with the tenants; provide conscientious accounting, hands on maintenance and creative solutions to a problem, all in a businesslike but approachable manner.
