The  Short Duration Fixed Investment Product seeks to maximize total return, minimize volatility, and preserve capital, with a focus on short duration residential real estate. Short duration portfolios are well diversified and are well positioned for attractive income, or those that can be repositioned for an enhanced return.  These consist of single family, duplex and triplex properties with an average portfolio duration of 6 to 12 months.
